Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Student Pastoral Care Officer to support student well-being at a primary school in Yishun. You will provide front-line emotional support and implement intervention programmes for young learners.

Roles & Responsibilities

• First Responding: Manage behavioral flare-ups and provide basic triage counselling.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Contact parents and provide case inputs to School Counsellors.
• Student Mentoring: Befriend and guide high-needs students or those at risk.
• Hub Management: Oversee the student engagement activity hub and after-school programmes.
• School Meetings: Attend case management team updates regarding student progress.
