Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Track attendance for corrective programmes and follow up on non‑compliance
- Coordinate session rescheduling and update parents on student progress
- Conduct patrols during recess/lunch to monitor behaviour and enforce rules (e.g. no mobile phone use)
- Engage students positively to prevent misconduct
- Respond to student incidents, de‑escalate situations, and guide behaviour
- Prepare incident reports and liaise with Discipline Masters and school staff
- Supervise corrective programmes and ensure task completion
- Support school patrols, including out‑of‑school duties
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in student supervision, social work, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm under pressure with good problem‑solving ability
