Student Management Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Student Management Executive to support student welfare and character development frameworks at Boon Lay Garden Primary School . You will act as a mentor and guide to help students navigate behavioral challenges and thrive in a positive school environment.

• Provide dedicated mentoring, guidance, and befriending support to Higher Needs Students (HNS) within the school's discipline domain.
• Support and monitor students who have been assigned disciplinary consequences to encourage positive behavioral changes.
