Student Guidance Officer - Student Services [ITE College West]

As a Student Guidance Officer (SGO) in the Student Services Department at ITE College West (CW), you will maintain student discipline and support administrative work.

• Campus Safety and Environment – support a safe, orderly, and conducive campus environment including conducting patrols.
• Preventive Education and Programmes – conduct disciplinary talks and programmes to promote responsible behaviour and informed decision‑making.
• Student Case Management – manage disciplinary and appeal cases, including investigations, documentation, and follow‑up actions in accordance with organisational policies.
