Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Overall purpose We are recruiting for a Student Finance Officer on a permanent basis.

The role will be hybrid and the successful candidate will have ideally have experience working in the Education sector and have experience chasing student debt.

Specific duties and responsibilities · Provide accurate and up to date financial guidance to students and potential students regarding student loans.
• Support students on their Student Finance application.
• Administer the payment of Student Support Funds and keep up to date records of the resulting financial transactions.
• Work to resolve any queries students may have with their student loan accounts.
• Deal with various SLC change of circumstances.
• Reconcile all funds distributed and provide management information as requested.
