Based at Cannington College, the Student Experience & Safeguarding Officer plays a pivotal role in coordinating wellbeing support for students across the College. The college Residential provision provides accommodation for students aged 16+ studying across any of our College Group. The College’s primary student accommodation is based at the Cannington campus and consists of 211 beds. 

Working closely with the Counselling & Safeguarding Team Leader, the Student Experience & Safeguarding Officer is responsible for triaging referrals, ensuring timely and appropriate support is provided, and maintaining a calm and effective approach under pressure.

This role is central to supporting students - particularly those from vulnerable groups and those within our residential provision - by addressing a wide range of issues that may affect their learning and overall college experience. This role wi...
