Function of Position:
Assist Student Engagement staff with basic student services duties at the Downtown Campus.
This position may be funded through Federal Work Study (FWS) and/or departmental budgetary funds, depending on eligibility and departmental need. Federal Work Study applicants must be approved by the Financial Aid Office prior to employment consideration. If you are unsure of your FWS eligibility, please contact Financial Aid ([email protected]) before applying. Applicants must include their M# in any correspondence with the Financial Aid Office.
Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Assist potential students with MCC/SUNY application
+ Assist potential and continuing students with FAFSA/TAP applications
+ Triage student questions
+ Check students into and monitor fitness...
