**Job Title: Structures Technician**
**Job Description**
This role involves working with unique bonding and assembly processes in the production of airframes. Key tasks include setting up assembly fixtures, drilling, fay sealing, fastener installation, and trimming/fitting components. The position requires dynamic and hands-on involvement in various manufacturing operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble composite parts and assemblies of varying complexities and sizes.
+ Utilize shop tools and machinery safely and correctly, including drills, die grinders, and calipers.
+ Drill a variety of hole sizes in both composite and metal structures, including stack-ups of dissimilar materials.
+ Work hands-on with multiple fastener types, including Hi-Lite, Hi-Lok, and Composi-Lok.
+ Provide input of technical and operational knowledge in the assessment and repair/maintenance recommendations.
