Structured Clinical Management Practitioner

Job summary
We are looking for a new staff member who shares our passion and commitment to work with individuals with Personality disorder to improve their wellbeing and achieve great outcomes together. We have a vacancy for one full time (5 days a week) and one part time (3 days per week) band 5 worker to join us and offer structured clinical management. Structured Clinical Management is an evidence-based approach for working with people diagnosed with emotionally unstable personality disorders. Training will be provided, and this offers an exciting opportunity to join an established group of practitioners to offer a quadrant wide therapy service within the community mental health team, as well as joining the wider network of therapists across the trust.
