Job Description
Role: Structural Engineer
Location: Hermanus, Western Cape
Salary: TBC
What you’ll do: Design and review structural plans for residential projects. Lead project meetings with architects and multidisciplinary teams. Make technical decisions and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site visits to ensure designs are executed correctly. Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards. What you need: Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. At least 3–5 years’ experience in the construction industry (residential preferred). Strong working knowledge of Prokon, Auto CAD, and Revit . Confidence in decision-making and stakeholder communication. Driver’s license and own vehicle (company vehicle provided for site visits). What’s on offer: Annual bonuses.
