Structural Engineer

Exciting and highly rewarding opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer looking to join the team in Duluth! This is a hybrid position. Responsibilities: Analyze/design a wide range of structure types/sizes with an emphasis on light to heavy industrial facilities Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of multi-disciplined projects from start to finish Mentor/train junior staff Build/maintain client relationships As a seller-doer, collaborate with other managers to track prospective business opportunities Assist with marketing and business development activities including proposal development, preparing/delivering capabilities, and presentations Requirements: Bachelors degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis 8+ years of previous experience designing heavy industrial structures (manufacturing, mining) Structural Engineer in the State of Minnesota or Wisconsin Proficient with RISA 3D or Ram Structural System, MathCAD, and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Famil...
