Strategy & Transformation Lead

Jacobs Advisory is seeking a senior Strategy & Transformation Lead to play a pivotal role in the growth of our Strategy & Transformation capability in the Middle East.

Role Purpose

• Grow and shape Jacobs Advisory’s Strategy & Transformation capability in the Middle East.
• Act as lead advisor and engagement head on major transformation assignments.
• Partner with senior government and private‑sector leaders to define direction and deliver lasting organisational change.
• Develop people, methods, and market presence to support long‑term regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Play a leading role in maturing and scaling an existing Strategy & Transformation capability, strengthening its market positioning, depth, and impact across the Middle East.
