Strategy Development Manager

Job Description

This role will collaborate extensively with leadership, business stakeholders, internal operations, and merchandising teams, as well as other cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, etc.). You will be reporting to senior management to navigate from strategic to tactical issues. You will be a strong advocate and work relentlessly to ensure the cultural principles of the organization are practiced.

- Support the Senior Management in Strategic Planning Initiatives, Business Review, and Implementation Support for the Management Team involving planning, organizing, and partnering with business stakeholders to align with business strategy.
