Strategy Associate - Global Client Policies

Responsibilities

• Deep dive into client development policies to accelerate onboarding and scaling.
• Design policies that match clients with the optimal level of service, enabling healthy client segmentation and efficient resource management.
• Measure and track business performance, generating analysis and reporting, and conduct regular strategic assessments.
• Work closely with regional leadership teams; be responsible for key project plans, designing and managing them, and owning policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 3+ years of experience in sales operations management, strategy, or digital advertising.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is required to manage and support stakeholders in the China market.
