Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Strategy and M&A Associate** to join our team in **Herndon VA.** This is a hybrid position with at least 3 days a week on-site.
The Strategy and M&A Associate will leverage their strong financial background and knowledge to support the corporate growth and portfolio shaping efforts, to include executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), conducting market research, and supporting corporate development initiatives.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Supporting the corporate development process from growth strategy and pipeline maintenance through financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and transaction close.
