You will be responsible for executing the end-to-end hiring process while collaborating with business leaders on recruitment strategies. Master the use of technology to improve operational excellence and create pipelines for critical roles. This position demands strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing and screening
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to meet recruitment goals
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical talent needs
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform hiring strategies
• Conduct interviews and manage job postings
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Brassring and Greenhouse
