Strategic Sourcing Manager - Corporate Services

Innovate high-purity, high-performance chemicals and materials
Establish and drive sourcing and procurement of Engineering Services and Contingent Labor for the Solstice Advanced Materials business globally as per Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.
You will have responsibility for driving competitive category supply strategies to achieve lowest total cost for your category, reduced working capital via negotiation planning and execution, Value Engineering, Consumption Reduction and Sole / Single Source elimination.
You will manage supplier performance to support your category and ensure supply quality.
You will be managing several projects in dynamic environment.
You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures.
In addition, you will have responsibility for managing a team of 4 direct reports covering the categories of IT, finance, legal, HR, supply chain, travel, and marketing.
