Strategic Sourcing Lead — Remote Collaboration & Cost Savings

Hubbell Incorporated in Mexico is seeking a Sourcing Lead to enhance sourcing and supply chain flexibility. You will develop category strategies, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate price, quality, and scope while partnering with Engineering, NPD, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of sourcing experience, a Bachelor’s in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain, and proficiency in SAP, Excel and Power BI. Travel up to 20% and remote collaboration are expected.
