Strategic Service Design Lead for End-to-End Experiences

Robusta is looking for an experienced Service Design Manager to join our Experience Design team in Abu Dhabi. In this leadership position, you will drive the design and transformation of services to connect digital and human touchpoints effectively.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Service Design, along with strong stakeholder management skills. You will facilitate workshops and mentor junior designers while advocating for human-centered design methodologies.

Proficiency in tools like Miro and Figma is essential, and Arabic language skills are preferred.
