About the role

As our next Strategic Property Advisor, you'll be at the centre of decisions that shape Tauranga’s future. You'll work on the city’s most significant property and development opportunities—identifying land needed for growth, enabling major infrastructure projects, leading acquisitions and disposals, and solving complex property challenges that influence the future of the city.

• Influence city‑shaping decisions and major strategic property projects.
• Work directly with senior leaders, elected members, tangata whenua, developers and landowners, navigating a grey environment.
• Take ownership of complex property acquisitions, development opportunities and growth‑enabling initiatives.
