• Responsible for preparing PM schedules through HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM)
• Planning and scheduling all PM and BM jobs using HxGN EAM planning software, based on priority
• Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual look‑ahead schedule
• Coordinating the reporting of key performance indicators: preparing, following up, and achieving them
• Support the improvement of the maintenance process related to PM, BM jobs and employee resources
• Resource estimation and planning with supervisors and manager
• Auditing terminals for all asset‑integrity related areas; assuring compliance of integrity management processes and procedures with the company’s systems and safety standards
• Updating actual progress and all related information & comparison analysis
• Failure mode effective analysis on all continuous failing assets and providing better solution
