Strategic Partnerships Director — Global Institutional Alliances

Mintlayer is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director based in the United Arab Emirates to build relationships with top custodians, exchanges, and technology providers. You will own complex negotiations and represent Mintlayer at industry conferences while reporting directly to the CEO.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience at the director level in financial services or crypto and possesses strong communication skills, network connections across the institutional crypto space, and expertise in managing partnerships.
