Strategic Partner Engagement Leader

World Vision Malaysia is seeking a Head of Partner Engagement to drive strategic relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and faith communities. You will lead three teams—Donor Retention, Corporate Relations, and Faith Partnerships—to grow acquisition, deepen loyalty, and maximize long‑term support.

You will shape engagement strategies, monitor fundraising metrics, and ensure clear communication with partners while representing the organization at external events.
