Insight Global seeks a Strategic Lead Analyst to spearhead contact centre improvements for a prominent banking institution. Focus on driving design and delivery of advanced CCaaS solutions and integrations.
As the key driver in this role, you will collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
