Strategic Internal Communications Leader

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an experienced Internal Communications lead to develop and execute plans that translate strategy, culture and leadership priorities into engaging content for employees across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with business leaders and change teams, monitor engagement metrics, and continuously improve communications while applying AI tools with appropriate human oversight to strengthen employee connection and organisational alignment.
