Strategic HR Projects Lead - Regional Programs

Job Description

• Develop and implement talent strategies, frameworks and solutions to support business needs and drive optimal talent outcomes
• Work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders across the region to drive key initiatives around workforce planning, organisational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc.
• Manage strategic programmes aimed at driving business value across the region
• Conduct research and analyse data to generate insights, evaluate initiatives and develop solutions to support organisation-wide initiatives
• Coordinate best practices and implement effective programmes across multiple countries

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
• At least 4 years of relevant HR or management consulting experience, with exposure across multiple domains: workforce planning, talent management, organisational development, performan...
