Strategic HR Partner - Mexico Functions

Flora Food Group in Mexico City seeks an HR Lead to drive people initiatives and partner with business leaders. You will lead end-to-end HR processes, shape organizational design, and ensure effective talent development to fuel growth and a high-performance culture.

The role requires 8+ years in HR leadership within multinationals, strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, and advanced English. You will oversee recruitment, compensation decisions, and Workplace & Travel Services, collaborating with
