Achieve Group in Singapore is expanding its team and seeks a Senior HR Business Partner. You will work with department heads on hiring plans, performance, and career growth to build a stronger, more capable business unit.

You will be the go-to HR contact for leaders, shape people plans, guide managers on feedback and performance discussions, oversee reviews, handle employee relations per local labour law, and lead HR programmes company-wide.
