Strategic HR Leader, Mexico Plant Operations

Edgewell is seeking a Senior HR Manager for its Aguascalientes, Mexico manufacturing facility, a 24/7 operation with about 1,800 teammates. The role partners with plant leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and to foster a high-performing, engaged workforce.

Responsibilities include talent acquisition and management, teammate relations and engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, policies and compliance, organizational development, and HR reporting.
