The Role

We are currently seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in a full‑time, permanent role. Location: Windsor, ON – we offer in‑office and hybrid work flexibility.

Position Overview

The Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be an effective business partner to client groups, operating with a high degree of autonomy, applying deep HR experience, sound judgement, and current knowledge of employment legislation to advise managers and employees, resolve complex workplace issues, and mitigate organisational risk. The role partners with local HCC HR leadership, HUB HR Centres of Excellence (COEs), and HR Support Services teams to prioritise critical initiatives and deliver a consistent, high‑quality experience for HCC employees and managers.
