Strategic Head of Financial Control & Governance

Mashreqbank PSC in Pakistan seeks a Chartered Accountant with 15‑18 years of banking experience in Financial Control to lead and strengthen the control framework across products, processes, systems and jurisdictions, ensuring governance, integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT, and audit teams to oversee second-line monitoring, automate reconciliations, implement dashboards, and drive control transformation initiatives.
