Strategic Growth Leader, DACH & Public Affairs

Rainmaker is seeking a senior business development leader to own the go‑to‑market for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, from qualification to signature, and to build the Swiss hub. You will hire and lead a team, establish regulatory workstreams with authorities under EASA frameworks, and represent Rainmaker in ministerial meetings across the region.

Fluency in German and English is required, with willingness to travel frequently; French or Italian is a plus given the Swiss hub’s linguistic
