Strategic Group CFO: Growth & Governance Leader

Randstad Malaysia is looking for a Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Kuala Lumpur to provide financial leadership in navigating a large-scale Public Listed Company. The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of finance experience, including 5–10 years in senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities include board advisory, investor relations, and ensuring Bursa Malaysia compliance. A professional membership in the Malaysian Institute of Accountants is mandatory, while knowledge of MFRS/IFRS is critical.
