About the Role We're looking for an experienced Strategic Customer Success Manager to own the success, performance, and growth of our client accounts while leading recruiter delivery across multiple hiring projects. This role sits at the intersection of client management, delivery operations, and team leadership. You'll work closely with clients, recruiters, sales, and leadership to ensure hiring projects move forward efficiently, expectations are managed, and outcomes are delivered.
