Strategic Collections Specialist

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is looking for a collections specialist in Metro Manila. In this role, you will manage overdue accounts by contacting customers, advising them on payment options, and negotiating payment plans. Your organizational skills and detail-oriented approach will help maintain accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
