Strategic Chief Risk & Assurance Leader (Hybrid)

NHC Toka Tū Ake is seeking an experienced Chief Risk Officer to lead enterprise risk, internal audit, assurance and compliance on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will advise the Board, ARC and executive peers on material risks, control effectiveness and regulatory obligations.

You will build risk capability, oversee compliance, and modernise risk systems and reporting, including data analytics and responsible AI, while leading a high-performance team in a hybrid work environment.
