Strategic CFO - Growth, Governance & Financial Leadership

The Catalyst Group is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive financial strategy, governance, and executive partnership for a client spanning technology, engineering, manufacturing, and innovation-driven businesses.

The role requires 15+ years in finance with at least 5 in senior leadership, strong FP&A, treasury, and risk management capabilities, and proven stakeholder management across large, diversified organizations.
