Main responsibilities
- Manage sourcing projects across indirect categories: consulting, engineering services, training, travel, facility management, and more
- Negotiate contracts with international suppliers—commercial terms, risk allocation, and clause-level contract review
- Manage the full sourcing cycle: requirements gathering, supplier scouting, tendering, evaluation, and contract finalization
- Partner with internal stakeholders across departments and geographies, influencing without formal authority
- Drive cost savings through TCO analysis, supplier consolidation, and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks (Sourcing Board, OpEx/Cap Ex workflows, Limits of Authority)
- Support supplier homologation and risk management

- 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing
