Role Overview

The Strategic Business Advisor is responsible for engaging business units to understand their challenges and priorities and develop technology‑led investments and initiatives that deliver tangible business value. This role focuses on business engagement, building clear insights into processes, people, technology, and data, and crafting solutions aligned with service line and corporate objectives.
