Job Description

The Strategic Account Manager APAC is responsible for managing and developing Corp. Key Accounts in the region (if assigned) and develops new “A” size customers that offer future potential to become a Corp. Key Account client.


•Develops a pipeline of potential Corp. Key Account customers in line with regional and global strategies.

•Develops a sufficient portfolio of large “A” size clients that have the potential to transfer to the CKAM group.

•Ensures the profitability of potential assigned accounts, in accordance with targets.

•Develops/maintains good relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction is being properly maintained.

•Ensures customer service and all operational levels have been appropriately established and the SOP is followed, in order to meet customer expectations. Ensure compliance of agreed KPIs.

•Inputs and updates sales activities by utilizing the sales management software, CIS.
