Stores Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Stores Manager to oversee inventory management, warehouse operations and material distribution within our modular building manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills and experience in construction, manufacturing or prefabricated building environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Inventory & Stock Control

• Manage monitor inventory of raw materials, components and hardware used in modular building production.
• Maintain accurate stock records through regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels and reduce obsolete or slow‑moving inventory.
• Process inventory transactions and generate reports using Sage.
• Place orders with procurement based on minimum stock levels and process all material received by stores such as GRV stock received.
