Stores keeper

The Stores Keeper is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, control, issuance, and record-keeping of all materials, consumables, tools, engineering spares, and equipment within the Company's stores and warehouse facilities.

The incumbent plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, safeguarding company assets, maintaining stock availability, and supporting uninterrupted production and maintenance operations within the steel manufacturing plant.

Receiving and Inspection of Goods Receive incoming materials, equipment, tools, consumables, and spare parts. Verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. Inspect goods for quantity, quality, and damage. Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods immediately. Ensure all received stock is accurately recorded and processed.
