Performing shipping and receiving duties, the Storekeeper also cycle counts inventory, receives and stocks inventory parts. Duties and Responsibilities Issues parts and tools to Technicians as needed or directed by Supervisors and Engineers. Performs periodic stock counts, issues and credits parts and tools and prepares proper documentation. Accepts material from carriers, signs for the material and loads/unloads material. Inspects material for damage and ensures completeness of shipments. Properly prepares and packages material for transport including preparing the necessary company and carrier documents.
