• Assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:
  - Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI’s, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience
  - Maintaining VM and store presentation to adidas standards
  - Conducting staff training & coaching to drive KPI performance
