Store Operations Leader: Training & Coaching

Starbucks NZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Auckland Airport (Airside) location. You will lead staffing, training, and daily store operations to deliver the Starbucks experience.

The role requires a passion for customer service, strong time management, and proven coaching and communication skills. You will develop teams, maintain standards, and drive improvements in line with Starbucks Mission and Values.
