Store Manager (Rosebank Boutique)

Position Purpose

Uphold the integrity and promote the image of Lindt by managing day‑to‑day operations of the Lindt Retail Boutique. Work closely with staff, the Retail Manager, personnel and appropriate corporate contacts to achieve aggressive growth and development of the Lindt Brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Lindt retail boutique.
• Model exemplary customer service behaviour and establish appropriate guidelines.
• Monitor daily sales to maximize profitability without sacrificing customer service.
• Order merchandise and supplies on time, focusing on overall inventory management and loss prevention.
• Handle daily paperwork, accounting and other store administration tasks.
• Develop and grow corporate sales business and strategy.
