Secondary (high) school graduation certificate; 2 years to less than 3 years.
Work Setting

Responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations
- Plan and organise daily operations
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
