Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee the full operation of our store. This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about sales, customer experience, and team development, with the ability to drive performance and maintain high operational standards.
Responsibilities:
Drive store sales to meet and exceed monthly targets KPIs
Analyses sales reports and identify opportunities for growth
Lead, motivate and inspire the store team to achieve goals
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered
Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
Oversee stock management, including receiving, transfers, and stock takes
Manage store administration, reporting, health and safety compliance requirements
