Store Manager (Jewellery)

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including management of staff, customer service, after‑sales service, and administrative functions. Monitor and analyze sales figures, assist in pricing adjustments, and conduct regular checks of store layout, merchandise display, and cleanliness.

• Organize store layout and ensure optimal product placement on shelves.
• Decorate and animate window displays in line with company standards and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, including scheduling, leaves, performance reviews, incentives, and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain a customer database to achieve sales targets and deliver continuous added value.
