Store Manager - Helsinki Kamppi

We are looking for a store manager for the TEMPUR store in Helsinki Kamppi. The role requires experience in supervisory work and sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for store operations, team, schedules, and results
• Recruitment, onboarding, and daily management of staff
• Store maintenance, cleanliness, and visual presentation
• Packing, unpacking, and assembling display beds
• All customer service and sales tasks related to the sales concept
• Cash register work, managing online store, chat, and leads
• Participating in marketing activities
• Building new processes to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory work and sales or customer service
• Ability to lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure smooth daily operations
• Genuine interest in health and well-being, studies or hobbies related to the field
